What exactly does Inboxprimer do?
Inboxprimer automates the process of "warming up" an email account. It does this by sending and receiving emails to other inboxes in our network. These interactions (sends, opens, replies, marking as 'not spam') build a positive sending history, which tells email providers like Google and Microsoft that your account is legitimate. This dramatically increases the chances your actual sales and marketing emails will land in the recipient's main inbox.
How is this different from my email marketing software?
Email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp or ConvertKit) are for sending campaigns. Inboxprimer is a preparatory tool that you use before sending campaigns to ensure they get delivered. It focuses exclusively on building and maintaining your sender reputation.
How long does it take to warm up an account?
For a brand new domain and inbox, we recommend a warm-up period of at least 14-30 days before starting any significant cold outreach. For an existing account with deliverability issues, you can often see improvements in your score within the first week.
Is it safe to connect my email account?
Yes. We use secure, industry-standard OAuth for Google and Microsoft accounts, meaning we never see or store your password. For other providers, we use encrypted connections for IMAP/SMTP credentials. Our access is used solely for the warm-up process.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. For annual plans, we can also support invoicing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
